How do I borrow books and other materials from the library?

- To borrow books from the library, you need to be a currently enrolled student. This is a free service for students.
- Locate the item in the library using the library's catalog. Ask a librarian for help if needed.
- Bring the item to the circulation desk at the front of the library. Students can check out up to 20 books at a time but are limited to four per topic.
- Check out the material using your EVC student ID card which can be obtained from Admissions and Records.
- Return the item to the library on or before the due date. Late items will be charged fines to your student account.
Note: you may also request materials online and pick them up at the library when they are ready.
